Annual Sponsor Program
The purpose of the Annual Sponsor Program is to
allow local businesses and individuals an
opportunity to publicly express their desire to
financially support the efforts of the Oxford
Tercentennial Committee with their objective to
achieve their Mission Statement goal and host a
yearlong celebration of the 300th Anniversary of
Oxford.
Annual voluntary donations will be accepted for
specific future events or to assist the Oxford
Tercentennial Committee in fund raising efforts.
All annual sponsors will be recorded and noted
in Program Guides and, if applicable, at
specific event functions they choose to sponsor
(fireworks, concerts, parades, tournaments,
etc,…)
The Oxford Tercentennial Committee will notify
local news publications of all support received
by sponsors and request public acknowledgement.

Platinum: $ 5000 or more |

Bronze: $ 250 or more |

In addition, any sponsor that sponsors multiple
years will move up to the next category if
conditions apply;
Example, A business that donates $ 500 in 2010,
and $500 again in 2011, may be an annual Silver
sponsor in those years, but would become listed
as a Gold sponsor in the final weekend
celebration program and related advertising.
